The minimum order quantity for t-shirt printing varies depending on the printing method used. At our company, we offer three different printing methods: Direct to Garment (DTG), Direct to Film (DTF), and Screen Printing. Each of these methods has a different minimum order quantity.
For Direct to Garment (DTG) and Direct to Film (DTF) printing, we don’t have any minimum order requirements. This means that you can order as few or as many t-shirts as you like, and we will still be able to fulfill your order. With these methods, we can print full-color designs with no setup fees, making it an excellent option for smaller orders or designs with multiple colors.
For Screen Printing, our minimum order requirement is 24 t-shirts. This is because screen printing requires a lot of setup work, such as creating screens for each color in the design. The higher minimum helps to ensure that we can cover the costs of these setup fees. However, if you need fewer than 24 shirts, we may still be able to fulfill your order, but there could be additional setup fees to cover the costs of the setup work required.
